摘　　要：目的对承德市基层医务人员情绪劳动、工作满意度的现状进行调查,讨论情绪劳动和工作满意度的相关性,为管理者提供科学的理论依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法选取承德市基层医疗机构383名医务人员进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 20.0统计软件对资料进行统计分析。结果承德市基层医务人员情绪劳动的3个维度水平得分由高到低依次为:深层扮演3.89±0.73,情绪表达要求3.68±0.67,表层扮演3.61±0.74。工作总满意度水平为"满意",其中薪酬体系、福利待遇两个评价维度得分最低,人际关系、领导素质、社会地位得分最高。表层扮演能力得分与工作满意度中的工作性质、人际关系等5个评价维度呈负相关(P<0.05),深层扮演能力与其工作满意度中的工作性质、社会地位等4个评价维度呈正相关(P<0.05),情绪表达要求与其工作满意度中的薪酬体系和工作流程两个评价维度呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。Objective To investigate the present situation and correlation of emotional labor and job satisfaction among primary medical personnel in Chengde city, and provide scientific theory basis for managers. Method A total of 383 medical personnel were recruited from primary medical institutions for questionnaire survey by stratified cluster sampling method, and data analysis was performed by SPSS20 statistical software. Result The three dimension Emotional labor of primary medical personnel in Chengde city had scores of deep acting （ 3.89 ± 0.73 ）, emotional expression （ 3.68 ± 0.67 ）, and surface acting （ 3.61 ± 0.74 ）. The overall satisfaction level was ＂satisfied＂, of which salary system and welfare had the lowest scores, and interpersonal relationship, leadership qualities, and social status had the highest scores. Surface acting ability scores had negative correlation with five dimensions of job satisfaction including job characteristic and interpersonal relationship （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The deep acting a- bility had positive correlation with four dimensions of job satisfaction including job characteristic and social status { P 〈 0.05 ）. The emotional expression had negative correlation with two dimensions of job satisfaction including salary system and work flow （ P 〈0.05）.
