摘  要:将相变材料和液冷管路相结合用于Li Fe PO4电池包热管理系统,研究在相变材料完全融化前,液冷开启时刻对电池温升的影响;同时研究了不同冷却液流速对电池温升的影响。结果表明:在相变材料相变结束时,冷却液开启时刻越早,电池温降的斜率越小;随着冷却液流速的增加,电池的温升及温差逐渐减小。In order to control the temperature of the LiFePO4battery, phase change materials and liquid cooling were applied to the thermal management system of the battery pack. Before the phase change materials were totally melt, different opening time of the liquid cooling are simulated. Besides, models were built to analysis the relationship between the liquid velocity and the temperature of the battery. The results show that the temperature is lower when the liquid loop opens earlier. And the temperature difference would be smaller when the liquid velocity was higher.
