摘  要:根据我国冰雪灾害性天气多及目前国内市场需求,自主研制了一款机场、公路清扫用的吹扫车。采用先进的航空发动机气动设计、叶片造型和结构设计技术,进行吹扫车高效冷喷流轴流风机设计,并为其选择了配套的动力装置、齿轮增速器、联轴器等车载设备,集成于承载卡车上。性能测试、100h寿命考核及现场试用表明,吹扫车性能高效,经济性强,安全性高。现已成功申请国家专利,其技术水平国内领先,满足用户需求并实现销售。With the increasing of the severe weather and the current domestic market demand in our country, independent design and development of a blowing snow machine is very necessary for airport and road. Advanced aircraft engine aerodynamic design, blade shape and structure design technique were applied to design the sweeping vehicle with axial flow fan of highly efficient cold flow. And the corresponding power plant, gear speeder, coupling and other on-board equipment were selected. The performance test, 100- hour life assessment and field trial show that the sweeping vehicle is efficient, economic and safe, that can satisfy the needs of customers and make profit. With its leading technology in domestic arena, it has now applied for national patent.
