社会团体法人型职教集团产权制度初探

摘　　要：目前,社会团体法人型职教集团无论是实践探索、理论研究还是国家法规政策都几乎处于空白阶段。该文在对全国19个省市89家职教集团进行分析研究的基础上,提出了探索建立社会团体法人型职教集团的全新构想,并从社会团体法人与职教集团的特征分析,社会团体法人型职教集团的特色优势、产权特征、产权管理体制、产权运作方式及产权改革的关键问题等六个方面对社会团体法人型职教集团产权制度建设进行了初步研究。At present, whether in practice, theoretical research or national laws and policies, research on the vocational education group with a social organization as a legal person, is in the blank stage. On the basis of the analysis of 89 vocational education groups,which distributed in 19 provinces, the thesis puts forward a new idea of the establishment of the vocational education group with a social organization as a legal person. And begin to study the construction of its property right system primarily, including six aspects of the key issues, such as the analysis of characteristics of the legal person of social organization and vocational education group, the features and advantages, the characteristics of property right, the management system of property right, the operating mode of property right, and property right reform of vocational education group with a social organization as a legal person.
