摘　　要：探讨具有良好效果的耳鼻咽喉头颈外科带教方法,在传授学生理论知识的同时重视临床技能和科研思维的培养。通过合理的工作安排,规范带教方法,使学生掌握理论知识的同时,经历正规科研训练,基本技能得以锻炼和提高,为今后临床和科研工作打下良好的基础。This paper explores methods in teaching of Otorhinolaryngology Head Neck Surgery,which attach importance to clinical skills and scientific thinking as well as theoretical knowledge. By establishing reasonable work arrangement and standard teaching,students made great progess in mastering the theories,basic skills and research ability,and thus lay a good foundation for clinical and research work in the future.
