摘 要:目的:评价胃癌组织中微管不稳定蛋白(stathmin 1,STMN1)、Ⅲ型β-微管蛋白(β-Ⅲ-tubin,TUBB3)的表达与患者临床病理特征的相关性及其临床意义。方法:收集2013-09/2014-10在本院手术切除的临床资料完整的胃腺癌组织标本。采用免疫组织化学染色法检测胃癌及癌旁组织中STMN1、TUBB3的表达情况。使用SPSS17.0软件进行χ2检验分析。结果:STMN1和TUBB3在胃癌癌旁组织中阳性率分别为20.0%(4/20),5.0%(1/20),在胃癌组织中阳性率分别为68.5%(37/54),33.3%(18/54),两者在胃癌组织阳性率均高于癌旁组织(组间比较,均P<0.05);STMN1蛋白在低分化组织中高表达(P<0.05)。胃癌组织中STMN1和TUBB3共同表达阳性率为29.6%(16/54),通过秩相关分析显示STMN1和TUBB3表达呈正相关(P<0.05,r=0.276)。结论:胃癌组织存在STMN1和TUBB3过表达,两者表达呈正相关,且STMN1与分化程度显著相关,以上研究表明STMN1表达情况可能成为临床治疗胃癌的一个重要标志物,虽然不能用来早期诊断,但是可以为选择治疗药物以及药物疗效判断提供参考依据。AIM: To investigate the correlation between stathmin 1( STMN1) and Class III β-tubulin( TUBB3) expression and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer. METHODS: Gastric cancerous tissue collected from patients with complete clinical data who were treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College between September 2013 and October 2014 were used in this study. The protein expression of STMN1 and TUBB3 in these specimens was examined by immunohistochemistry. The correlation between STMN1 and TUBB3 protein expression and clinicopathological characteristics of gastric cancer was analyzed by SPSS 17. 0. RESULTS: Immunohistochemisrty showed that the positive rate of STMN1( 54 cases,68. 5%) and TUBB3( 54 cases,33. 3%) were both higher in cancerous tissue than those in their adjacent cancerous tissue( 20 cases,20. 0%; 20 cases,5. 0%)( P〈0. 05),respectively. The expression of STMN1 in poorly differentiated carcinoma was high( P〈0. 05). The co-expression rate of STMN1 and TUBB3 in gastric cancer were 29. 6%( 16 /54) by rank correlation. The overexpression of STMN1 was positively correlated with that of TUBB3( P〈0. 05,r = 0. 276). CONCLUSION: There exist STMN1 and TUBB3 overexpression in gastric cancer. The expression of STMN1 is positively correlated with that of TUBB3. The overexpression of STMN1 is associated with differentiation,which implies that detection of STMN1 may be a potential marker to guide treatment for gastric cancer patients. Though it can not be used for early diagnosis,it can provide reference for rational choice of drug and drug efficacy judgment.
