摘  要:在高寒地区,水泥稳定类基层强度增长缓慢、养生周期长已是共识。基于此,选用自主研发的SES-I型超早强剂作为外掺剂,采用无侧限抗压强度试验、劈裂试验和抗冻性试验研究了不同超早强剂掺量下水泥稳定碎石的力学性能,并分析了超早强剂在水泥稳定碎石中的作用机理。研究结果表明,掺加超早强剂能够显著提高水泥稳定碎石的无侧限抗压强度、劈裂强度和抗冻性能;当其掺量为16%时,水泥稳定碎石的劈裂强度与冻融循环残留强度比达到最大值;基于超早强剂对水稳基层碎石材料微观结构上的改善效果,可使基层材料3d龄期时即可达到规范设计强度,亦可大大缩短其养生时间。研究成果可为高寒地区水泥稳定基层材料组成设计提供有益参考。In alpine regions, it is a consensus that the strength of cement stabilized base increases slowly and its curing period is long. Based on that, the SES-I ultra-early-strength agent as an independent research and development product was selected. Unconfined compressive strength test, splitting test and freezing resistance test were conducted to study the mechanical properties of cement stabilized macadam with different dosage of ultra-early-strength agent. Then the mechanism of ultra-early-strength agent in the cement stabilized macadam was analyzed. The results show that ultra-early-strength agent can signiticantly improve the unconfined compressive strength, splitting strength and freezing resistance of cement stabilized macadam, when its content is 16%, the splitting strength and the freeze-thaw cycle residual strength ratio of cement stabilized macadam can reach a maximum. For the improving effect of ultra-early-strength agent on the material mierostructure within cement stabilized macadam, the strength of material with 3 d age can meet the specification design. The curing time of the base materials can be shorten greatly as a result, The research results can provide a useful reference for the cement stabilized base material composition design in alpine regions.
