摘 要:根据流体力学相似性原理与量纲分析理论,以实际粮仓为模型基础,建立实验模型仓.以大米为实验介质,通过实验及计算并查找相关文献得出所需模拟边界条件及实验数据.利用Gambit软件建立1/4 3D实验模型仓模型,采用Fluent软件中多孔介质模型进行模拟计算,利用Tecplot软件获取模拟过程中温度、速度随时间变化,得出模型仓内各点温度、速度分布情况.提取具有代表性的若干点的温度、速度随时间的变化情况并作相应对比,找出了机械通风过程中的降温死角并提出多种解决办法.According to the principles of similarity in the hydrodynamics and dimensional analysis theory,the model granary was built on the basis of the actual granary.The rice was employed as the study subject.The boundary conditions were selected from the experimental data,the literatures,and the calculation results.A quarter 3D model of the model granary was built by Gambit.The porous media model was used for the numerical simulation,combining with the Tecplot software for extracting the temperature and speed images.The temperature and wind speed,in the model granary were given.The representative temperature and velocity,over the time were extracted and compared to find the dead corner of the ventilation and the tackling methods were proposed.
