摘　　要：目的:研究分析吸毒人员社会关系与中医证素间的关联。方法:吸毒者诊断标准均符合国际疾病分类(ICD-10)药物依赖诊断标准,证素辨证方法采集。结果:海洛因与甲基苯丙胺成瘾者在工作或学习上的影响存在差异性,Z'值为-2.635**(P<0.05),海洛因组成瘾者对工作、娱乐、生活兴趣的下降与脾、心、气滞、血虚、痰、阳虚证素相关(P<0.05),同家人或朋友的矛盾与肝证素相关(P<0.05);对社交活动的影响与气虚证素相关(P<0.05);甲基苯丙胺组成瘾者对工作、娱乐、生活兴趣的下降与肺、肾、心、心神、气滞、热、阴虚证素相关(P<0.05),同家人或朋友的矛盾与胃证素相关(P<0.05)。结论:影响毒品成瘾者社会关系关键在于心或心神功能失常。Objective ： To study the relationship between social relationship and syndrome elements of drug abusers. Methods ： drug abusers were in accordance with international classification of disease （ICD-10） drug dependence diagnostic criteria, using syndrome differentiation method. Results ： Effects of heroin and methamphetamine addicts in work or study on the differences of Z value is - 2. 635 ＊ ＊ （P〈 0. 05 ）. heroin group work, entertainment, life interest, heart, spleen decline and stagnation of Qi, blood deficiency, phlegm,Yang deficiency syndrome （P〈0.05） ,conflicts with the syndrome of liver with family or friends in the relevant （P〈0.05） impact on social activities and Qi deficiency syndrome （P〈0.05） ;group of methamphetamine and entertainment,life interest and the decline of lung, kidney, heart, mind, heat, qi stagnation, yin deficiency related （ P〈0.05）, conflict with family or friends and stomach syndrome （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：the effect of drug addicts social relations lies in the heart or mind dysfunction.
