外军军校校园文化建设的特点与启示

摘　　要：为加强我军校园文化建设,提高军事人才的培养质量,通过分析外军军校校园文化建设的特点,提出我军军校校园文化建设应加强当代革命军人核心价值观培树、重视校园行为文化养成和制度文化规范、突出校园物质文化建设特色、活跃校园文化生活等4点建议。To strengthen campus culture construction in military academies and improve the quality of military talents, after analyzing the characteristics of campus culture construction in foreign military academies, the paper puts forward some suggestions on campus culture construction in military academies from following four aspects ： strengthening cultivating the core values of contemporary revolutionary soldier, paying attention to campus behavior culture and system culture, highlighting the characteristics of campus material culture construction, and enriching campus cultural life.
