摘 要:针对近爆区冲击波压力测试中压电式压力传感器因动态特性不佳造成信号畸变之问题,通过激波管动态校准试验,分析传感器动态特性;对造成动态测试误差的主要因素,利用动态补偿技术设计数字补偿滤波器,对传感器爆炸信号进行补偿处理。结果表明,该方法能有效减小动态测试误差、提高近爆区冲击波压力测试精度。Limited by their dynamic characteristics, piezoelectric pressure sensors usually can not meet the test requirements of the shock wave pressure in the zone near explosive and signal distortion will occur. The dynamic characteristics of piezoelectric pressure sensors were investigated through shock tube calibration experiments. Digital compensation filters based on dynamic compensation technique were designed to eliminate the dynamic measurement error caused by the narrow working band and the low natural frequency of the sensors. The results of comparative tests and numerical computations validate that the proposed method can effectively reduce the dynamic measurement error and enhance the pressure measurement accuracy.
