摘　　要：订单式人才培养模式是高职教育中一种新的人才培养模式,它实现了用人单位、学校和学生的三方共赢,在高职教育理论研究上具有重要的指导意义和现实意义。基于此,以抚顺职业技术学院化工系"佳化班"为例,分析了订单式人才培养模式的优势和存在的问题,并提出对策及建议。Order talent training mode is a kind of new training mode in higher vocational education, it implements tripartite win-win situation of the employment unit, the school and students, and has important guiding significance and practical significance in higher vocational education theory research. Based on this, taking Jiahua Class of chemical engineering department of Fushun Vocational Technology Institute, it analyses advantages and problems in order talent cultivation mode and proposes countermeasures and suggestions.
