摘　　要：作为自然界中产量最大、分布最广的一类天然高分子,纤维素具有资源丰富、可降解、不产生污染的特点。近年来,纤维素在食品、能源、材料、化工等领域有着广泛的应用,本文主要介绍了近几年来纤维素及其衍生物在食品包装中的应用。Cellulose is the most bundant and widespread natural polymer material in nature. Cellulose has the characteristics of rich resources, reproducibility and non-poUution. In recentyears, cellulose has been widely used in the area of food,energy, material and chemical.This paper introduces mainly the application of cellulose and its derivatives in the packaging of food.
