摘　　要：青岛农业大学园林专业根据特色专业建设要求,在人才培养目标,人才培养规格、人才培养模式、人才培养方案、师资队伍建设等方面进行了研究与实践,为山东省乃至全国园林建设提供应用型人才奠定了基础。Depending on the cultivation aim of characteristic specialty of the landscapearchitecture major in Qingdao Agriculture University, We carried out a series of research and practices with respect to talent training objective, talent training standard, talent training model, talent training plan, and the team building of teachers, which formed the basis for providing practical talents for landscape architecture development in Shandong province and the whole country.
