肝组织中清蛋白的差异表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的：研究正常肝组织中清蛋白表达比例，为临床肝细胞移植的细胞移植量提供实验参考。方法取3例病理科保存肝脏标本进行不同部位的切片，进行免疫荧光检测清蛋白的表达差异，荧光显微镜观察拍照后，分别统计不同部位的500个细胞的阳性细胞百分比。同时统计肝脏血窦附近和远离血窦处阳性细胞百分比，通过建立数学模型为肝脏疾病的细胞移植提供参考。结果免疫荧光结果显示与对照组相比，实验组中部分细胞为阳性，阳性部分位于细胞胞浆中，与清蛋白位置一致，统计阳性细胞比例达到32．6％。但阳性细胞不是均匀分布，呈现局部聚集的现象。对不同部位的阳性细胞统计发现，局部聚集的阳性细胞呈环形排列，发现位于肝血窦周围，其阳性比例达到23．9％，而远离肝血窦部位的阳性细胞比例为8．7％，二者经 t 检验，有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论（1）肝脏中表达清蛋白的细胞比例达到32．6％；（2）肝脏不同部位清蛋白的表达存在差异。Objective To study albumin expression in normal liver tissue proportion ,for clinical hepatocyte transplantation provide experimental reference for the amount of cell transplantation .Methods Department store liv‐er specimen in different parts of the slice ,immunofluorescence test expression differences of albumin ,fluorescence mi‐croscopy after taking pictures ,statistics of 500 cells from different parts of the statistics and the percentage of posi‐tive cells near the liver blood sinus and away from blood sinus percentage of positive cells ,through the establishment of mathematical model provides reference for the cell transplantation of liver disease .Results Immunofluorescence results show that compared with the control group ,experimental group in some cells is positive ,a positive part in the cytoplasm in the cells ,consistent with the position of albumin ,statistical proportion of positive cells reached 32 .6%positive cells are not evenly distributed ,however ,appear the phenomenon of local accumulation of positive cells from different parts of the statistics found that the local accumulation of positive cells are arranged ring ,found in the liver blood sinus surrounding ,the positive rate of 23 .9% ,and away from liver blood sinus area percentage of positive cells was 8 .7% ,both by t test ,was statistically significant（P〈 0 .05） .Conclusion （1）expression in liver albumin cell pro‐portion 32 .6% ;（2）liver express the differences of the different parts of the albumin .
