摘  要:随着对机床加工精度要求日益提高,作为关键部件的齿轮传动机构的性能也面临更高要求。在国内外针对传动性能测试的多种试验平台基础上,以行星齿轮传动副为研究对象,首先对其进行有限元分析,得出各阶模态,然后设计搭建了驱动端与负载端均采用伺服电机的双电机试验台,进行了转速-力矩正交试验,利用加速度传感器采集行星齿轮传动副的振动信号,经过信号处理后得知振动频率与仿真结果基本一致,说明该试验台进行振动测试是可行的,能够为进一步研究齿轮传动副中非线性因素的影响提供参考价值。With the higher requirements of the machine tools' machining accuracy, the gear transmission is also faced higher requirements. Based on variety of transmission performance test platform at home and abroad, take the planetary gear transmission as research object, do the finite element analysis, obtain each order modal, then the dual-motor test bench which use two servo motors to drive and load respectively is designed. The speed-torque orthogonal experiment is accomplished on this test bench and the vibration signal is collected by the acceleration sensor. Through signal processing, the vibration frequency is learned to be basically identical with the simulation result which can show that the dual-motor test bench is feasible. It has certain reference value to do further study of the influence of nonlinear factors in gear transmission.
