微血管减压术与感觉根部分切断术联合治疗原发性三叉神经痛效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨微血管减压术(MVD)与感觉根部分切断术(PSR)联合治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取2011年7月—2014年7月收治的原发性三叉神经痛110例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用MVD治疗,观察组应用MVD联合PSR治疗。观察两组临床效果、术后并发症发生情况及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率及复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MVD联合PSR治疗原发性三叉神经痛临床效果显著,安全可靠,且并发症少。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of microvascular decompression （MVD） combined with partial sensory rhizotomy （PSR） in treatment of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia. Methods A total of 110 patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia during July 2011 and July 2014 were randomly divided into the observation group （ n = 55 ） and the control group （ n = 55 ）. The control group was treated with MVD, while the observation group was treated with MVD combined with PSR. The clinical effect, postoperative complications and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, while the incidence rate of postoperative complications and recurrence rate in the control group were significantly higher than those in the observation group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The MVD combined with PSR in treatment of patients with primary trigeminal neuralgia is safe and reliable with few complications and good clinical effect.
