高职院校体育教师胜任特征模型构建研究

摘　　要：综合运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和行为事件访谈法(BEI)对高职院体育教师胜任特征模型相关问题进行研究,对比分析已有的研究成果,最终构建了一个由4族15要素组成的高职院校体育教师胜任力模型,具体包括:(1)个人能力(教学能力、专业技能、组织能力、应变能力、科研能力);(2)个性特征(乐观自信、公平公正、情绪健康、奉献精神);(3)社会角色(爱岗敬业、团队协作、尊重他人);(4)动机需要(成就动机、终身学习意识、创新意识)。Integrated with the method of literature, questionnaire and behavioral event interview （BEI） of higher vocational college physical education teachers competency model and related issues were studied, comparing with the existing research results finally built the model of 4 group 15 elements, including personal ability （teaching ability, professional skills, organizational ability, smdn ability, scientific research ability, personality traits （confidence, fairness and justice, emotional health, dedication）, social role （requires dedication, teamwork, respect for others） and motivation needs （achievement motivation, lifelong learning consciousness, innovation consciousness）.
