普通高校学生体育社团资源整合的研究

摘　　要：本文主要通过文献资料法、问卷调查法和专家访谈法等,对普通高校学生体育社团资源进行研究。结合资源整合的含义尝试性地概括了学生体育社团资源整合的概念。从社团自身、学校、社会3个层次分析了学生体育社团资源整合的主要内容。在此基础上提出普通高校学生体育社团资源整合的可行性的途径,包括构建网络体育社团、组织课内外一体化俱乐部活动和打造社团品牌项目。Through the method of literature, expert interview and on-the-spot investigation, to research on resources of students＇ sports organization in university. Based on the concept of resource integration, attempts to generalize the concept of resources integration of students＇ sports organization. From three levels of community themselves, school, social, to analysis of the main content of the resources integration of students＇ sports association. And through site visits of the F-square Aerobic Association of Shanghai Jiao Tong University, to understand the specific measures of getting resources socially, and to propose ways of resources integration in university students＇ sports organization, including the network construction of sports; associations and build ing branding project, to provide the theory reference for development of students＇ Sports Associations in Colleges and Universities.
