摘　　要：目的研究Miller-Fisher综合征(MFS)患者应用静脉注射免疫球蛋白(IVIG)治疗前后T、B淋巴细胞亚群的变化,探讨IVIG治疗MFS的免疫学机制。方法选择10例临床确诊的MFS患者,应用流式细胞分析仪检测MFS患者治疗前后外周血中T、B淋巴细胞相对计数。结果 MFS患者急性期治疗后与治疗前比较:CD4^+T细胞和CD4/CD8值显著升高(P<0.05),CD8^+T和CD19^+B细胞百分率显著降低(P<0.05)。结论急性期MFS患者应用IVIG治疗效果显著,并且患者体内淋巴细胞亚群发生了不同程度变化,有助于了解IVIG治疗MFS的免疫学机制。Objective To study the change of the lymphocyte subsets in the patients with Miller-Fisher syndrome between pre and post-therapy with intravenous immunoglobulin （IVIG）, and to approach the possible mechanism of the IVIG curing MFS further. Methods Chose 10 cases clinical diagnosis MFS and made their own controls between pre and post-therapy. Tested the peripheral blood lymphocyte subsets relative counting with flow cytoanalyze. Rseults The percentage of CD4＋T cell and CD4/CD8 increased notably （P〈0.05） ; the percentage of CD8＋T and CD19＋B cell was significantly lower （P〈0.05） after treatment. Conclusion The study offered that the therapeutic efficacy of IVIG was great. There were different degrees of changes in the lymphocyte subsets between pre and post-therapy with IVIG in MFS. The finding is contributed to the immunological mechanism of IVIG curing MFS.
