龙匙片降血糖作用的实验研究

摘　　要：【目的】龙匙方是广西壮族自治区人民医院俞祝全医生的临床经验方,本文研究其对正常小鼠及几种糖尿病模型小鼠降血糖的作用。【方法】采用链脲佐菌素致糖尿病、肾上腺素致高血糖、大剂量口服葡萄糖致高血糖小鼠模型,分别观察龙匙片对正常和糖尿病模型小鼠血糖的影响。【结果】高、中剂量组(11500mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)、5750mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))龙匙片对链脲佐菌素致糖尿病、肾上腺素致高血糖、大剂量口服葡萄糖致高血糖小鼠的血糖具有明显的降低作用;但高、低剂量(11500mg·kg~(^(-1))·d^(-1)、3060mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))龙匙片对正常小鼠血糖水平均无明显影响(P>0.05)。【结论】龙匙片对糖尿病模型小鼠具有降低血糖的作用。【Objective】Longchi Tablet(LC tablet)is a clinical prescription from Doctor Zhu-quan Yu in the People's Hospital of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,and its hypoglycemic effects on normal mice and the mice from several diabetes models were studied.【Methods】The diabetic hyperglycemia models of mice were induced by streptozotocin(STZ),adrenaline(AD)and glucose,respectively.The impacts of LC tablet on the level of blood sugar were observed in normal mice and the mice of diabetes models.【Results】High and middle doses of LC tablet(11500mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1) and 5750mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))significantly reduced the blood sugar levels in the diabetes mice induced by STZ and in the mice with hyperglycemia induced by AD and high-dose oral glucose;But high and low doses of LC tablet(11500 mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1) and 3060mg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1))had no significant effect on blood glucose levels of the normal mice(P >0.05).【Conclusion】LC tablet has the effect of lowering blood sugar in diabetic model mice.
