摘 要:海勃湾水库是黄河上开发的第一座以防凌为主要任务的水库,运用初期的防凌运用主要是针对流凌封河期的调节运用和开河期的应急防凌运用。根据近年来黄河内蒙古河段防凌调度运用和河道过流能力变化的新特点,提出了海勃湾水库运用初期的防凌运用方式:流凌封河期,可根据下河沿站前5 d平均流量确定出库流量,应急防凌水位推荐为1 075.1 m;开河期,根据腾空库容的情况应急防凌运用。Haibowan Reservoir is the first one developed on the Yellow River with main task of ice-flood control. During the initial stage of operation,the main purposes of ice-flood control are the regulating function during ice drifting and freezing period and the emergency ice flood protection in the period of ice breakup. Based on the new characteristics of the change of ice-flood control and river conveyance capacity of the Yellow River in Inner Mongolia reach in recent years,the ice-flood control operational mode were proposed which suitable for the initial stage of operation during ice drifting and freezing period,outflow could be calculated according to the average discharge of the first five days of Xiaheyan Station,commendatory emergency ice-flood control level was 1,075. 1m. During the period of ice breakup,emergency ice-flood operation could be applied according to the condition of released reservoir storage.
