盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆的效果。方法选取2014年5月份至2015年7月份期间本院收治的56例老年痴呆患者,将这56例患者按照随机分配的原则,分成观察组和对照组两组,每组28例,对观察组患者采用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗,对对照组患者采用尼莫地平治疗,治疗结束后,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果对观察组患者采用盐酸多奈哌齐治疗的有效率为96.4%,对对照组患者采用尼莫地平治疗的有效率为71.4%,两组患者治疗效果相比,差异较大,有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论盐酸多奈哌齐治疗老年痴呆效果显著,有助于改善患者的生活质量,提高患者的生活自理能力,值得选用。objective to analyze the effect of donepezil HCL treatment of alzheimer's. Method selection in May 2014 to July 2015 in our hospital during the period of 56 cases of alzheimer's patients, the 56 patients, according to the principle of random distribution, divided into observation group and control group in the two groups, each group of 28 cases, the observation group were treated by donepezil HCL treatment, for the treatment of control group were treated by nim horizon, after the treatment, to compare the effect of two groups of patients. Results the observation group were treated by donepezil HCL treatment effective rate was 96.4%, the control group were treated by nim horizon treatment effective rate was 71.4%, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect,difference is bigger, with statistical significance(p < 0.05). Conclusions donepezil HCL treatment for alzheimer's effect is remarkable, help to improve the quality of life of patients, improve the self-care ability of the patient's life, is worth to choose.
