摘　　要：翻译能力量表的开发研究,目前处于起步阶段,科学的翻译能力量表有利于认识翻译能力本质、把握翻译规律、促进翻译能力的培训与评估。基于理论研究和实践求证,文章初步阐述了翻译能力量表开发研究的缘起、现状、内容、观点和意义,并介绍了我们现阶段的成果,为翻译能力量表的开发研究提供一定的借鉴和启示。The development and research on translation competences scale （TCS） is still at the starting stage. A scientific TCS is bene- ficial for us to comprehend the translation competences essence, grasp the translation rules and promote the training and evaluating of translation competences. Based on the theoretical and empirical study, this paper analyzes the origin, current study, contents, view- points and significance of the development and research on TCS. In addition, it presents our current study results in this field, which provides certain references and insights for the development and research on TCS.
