筛窦前置的慢性泪囊炎行泪囊鼻腔造瘘术疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨慢性泪囊炎筛窦前置行泪囊鼻腔造瘘术的治疗体会。方法对本院眼科2011年1月～2014年12月共12例（12眼）慢性泪囊炎患者行泪囊鼻腔吻合术时,术中发现筛窦前置,无法行泪囊鼻腔吻合术,改成泪囊鼻腔造瘘术。结果通过术后观察6～24个月,12例（12眼）患者中治愈7例,好转3例,无效2例,总有效率为83.33%,术中无并发症发生。结论慢性泪囊炎筛窦前置行泪囊鼻腔造瘘术,与泪囊鼻腔吻合术效果一样,术后仍然可以达到较好的疗效。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of entranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy on pre-ethmoid chronic dacryocystitis. Methods Twelve patients with chronic dacryocystitis were enrolled from January 2011 to December 2014. They were treated with entranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy because dacryocystorhinostomy were not be able to proceed on. Results Among 12 patients, 7 cases were cured, 3 cases were improved and 2 patients were uneffective after 6 to 24 months＇ follow-up. Total effective rate was 83.33% and no complication occurred. Conclusions The effect of entranasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy in treating pre-ethmoid chronic dacrvocvstitis is similar to dacrvocvstorhinostomv with good therapeutic effect.
