我国高校华侨华人学生的教学体系优化研究

摘　　要：为华侨华人学生提供具有吸引力的教学体系是推动我国华侨高等教育发展的重要基础。在国内高校就读的华侨华人学生具有明显的群体行为特征,他们在学习中面临语言层面、文化层面、专业层面和态度层面的困难与挑战。国内相关高校应注重华侨华人学生教学体系的整体优化设计,并从教学理念、教学内容、教学机制、教学平台等结构要素入手进行体系建设,建设过程应注重顶层设计、创新意识、理念文化引导和多元资源利用等层面的综合推进。Providing attracting teaching system for the overseas Chinese students is the important base of developing our country＇ s higher education of overseas Chinese. The overseas Chinese students who study in our country have obvious population behavioral characters; many of those are confronted with numerous obstacles and challenges in the level of language, culture, major and attitude. Domestic university and college should focus on the entirety optimization of teaching system of overseas Chinese students, and constructing the system from the elements of teaching idea, teaching content, teaching mechanism and teaching platform. The constructing process should emphasize the integrated propulsion of the top-level designing, innovation consciousness, guiding of idea and culture and using of various resource.
