人表皮生长因子受体-2和细胞增殖抗原Ki67与乳腺癌前哨淋巴结转移的关系

摘　　要：目的分析乳腺癌患者中人表皮生长因子受体-2(human epidermal growth factor receptor-2,HER-2)与细胞增殖抗原Ki67的表达状态,探讨其与乳腺癌前哨淋巴结转移的关系。方法手术治疗121例乳腺癌患者,术中均行前哨淋巴结活检组织病理;采用免疫组织化学法检测乳腺癌组织中HER-2与Ki67的表达情况;采用HE染色法及免疫组织化学法检测前哨淋巴结转移情况;分析HER-2、Ki67与前哨淋巴结转移的相关性。结果 HER-2与Ki67在乳腺癌组织中阳性率分别为55.37%、71.90%;前哨淋巴结转移率为32.23%(39/121);前哨淋巴结转移与HER-2(r=1.000,P=0.000)及Ki67(r=0.994,P=0.006)阳性表达率呈正相关。结论 HER-2及Ki67表达情况可作为辅助评估前哨淋巴结是否转移的重要因素。Objective To investigate the relationship of human epidermal growth factor receptor-2 （HER-2） and proliferating antigen Ki67 with sentinel lymph node metastasis in breast cancer by analyzing the expressions of HER-2 and Ki67 in breast cancer tissue, Methods A total of 121 patients with breast cancer underwent sentinel lymph node biopsy during operation. The expressions of HER-2 and Ki67 were detected by immunohistochemistry. The sentinel lymph node metastasis was detected by HE staining and immunohistochemistry. The correlation of HER-2 and Ki6？ with sentinel lymph node metastasis was analyzed. Results The positive rates of HER-2 and Ki67 were 55.37% and 71.90%. The sentinel lymph node metastasis rate was 32.23 V0 （39/121）. The sentinel lymph node metastasis was positively correlated with the positive expressions of HER-2 （r= 1. 000, P=0. 000） and Ki67 （r=0. 994, P=0. 006）. Conclusion The expressions of HER-2 and Ki67 are the important biological markers for estimating the sentinel lymph node metastasis in breast cancer.
