摘  要:不同类型明胶制成的重铬酸盐明胶体全息光栅在衍射效率、带宽以及噪声等衍射性能方面存在差异,决定了体全息光栅的光学应用领域。采用重铬酸铵明胶全息制备工艺,研究了3种常用明胶制成的体全息光栅的衍射特性。实验表明,在相同的条件下GC-1及GC-3明胶制成的体全息光栅衍射效率较高,接近理想值100%;GC-1明胶光栅的带宽较宽,可达到46 nm,而GC-3明胶光栅带宽较窄,仅有17 nm;GC-2明胶制成的体全息光栅效率较低且曲线形状较差。对3种明胶的全息衍射特性进行了深入研究,为不同领域全息元件制备中明胶类型的选择提供了依据。Volume holographic grating of Dichromated Gelatin (DCG) made of different kinds of gelatin may have different characteristics in diffraction efficiency, bandwidth and noise, which determines the application areas of the volume holographic grating. The diffraction characteristics of the volume holographic gratings made of three kinds of gelatin are studied through experiments. The experimental result shows that: 1 ) With the same fabrication parameters, volume holographic gratings made of GC-1 gelatin and GC-3 gelatin exhibit high diffraction efficiency (nearly 100% ) ; 2) The bandwidth of GC-1 gelatin grating is 46 nm, while the bandwidth of GC-3 gelatin grating is only 17 nm ; and 3 ) The GC-2 gelatin grating has low diffraction efficiency and bad curve. The study can provide a reference for selecting gelatin in fabrication of holographic grating for different application areas.
