摘 要:[目的]制备基于改性聚碳酸亚丙酯(PPC)为载体的噻虫嗪-高效氯氰菊酯复配微胶囊。[方法]以聚碳酸亚丙酯和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料,采用溶液共混法制备可降解的聚碳酸亚丙酯-聚乙二醇共混物。并以其为壁材,以噻虫嗪、高效氯氰菊酯为芯材,聚乙烯醇1788(PVA-1788)为分散剂,采用溶剂挥发法制备了双组分农药微胶囊。同时,通过正交试验设计探讨了微胶囊制备的最佳工艺条件,采用透析袋法测定微胶囊的缓释性能。[结果]共混改性后的PPC载体微胶囊中噻虫嗪的包封率和载药量分别为53.74%、13.27%,高效氯氰菊酯的包封率和载药量分别为66.02%、32.60%,平均粒径6~8μm,并且噻虫嗪和高效氯氰菊酯释放速率相近。[结论]以聚碳酸亚丙酯-聚乙二醇为壁材制备的微胶囊基本呈规则球形,具有良好的缓释性能,并且释放活性成份浓度之比接近最佳复配计量比,可以达到增效的目的。[Aims] The microcapsule containing thiamethoxam and beta-cypermethrin were prepared with modified poly (propylene carbonate) as carrier. [Methods] The novel biodegradable ploy blends of PPC-PEG was synthesized by solution co-blending with poly (propylene carbonate) and poly (ethylene glycol) (PEG) as raw materials. A series of thiamethoxam and beta-cypermethrin loaded microcapsules with different particle sizes were prepared by solvent evaporation method using PPC-PEG composite material as wall material, thiamethoxam and beta-cypermethrin as core materials and PVA-1788 as disperser. At the same time, the optimal technological conditions for preparation of microcapsules were discussed by orthogonal experiment design. The slow release performances of microcapsules were determined by dialysis bag method. [Results] The encapsulation efficiency and drug loading of blending modified PPC were 53.74, 13.27% for thiamethoxam and 66.02, 32.60% for beta-cypermethrin. The average particle size ofmicrocapsule was 6-8 μm. In addition, thiamethoxam and beta-cypermethrin had the similar release rate. [Conclusions] The microcapsule prepared with PPC-PEG as wall material had a well-defined spherical shape and good sustained release performance, in addition, the concentration ratio of active ingredients close to the optimum compound stoichiometry, which can achieve the purpose of improving the efficacy of the pesticides.
