摘 要:目的评价生物诱导法刺激白木香所产不同部位沉香质量。方法以乙醚冷浸法对提取诱导6个月后所得沉香挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对其挥发油进行分析。结果共鉴定出159个成分,包括白木香木质部外侧黑色结香部分(B部分)86个成分,内侧棕色初结香部分(Z部分)73个成分;B部分以色酮类、芳香族类、倍半萜类等沉香特征性成分为主,Z部分以直链烷烃类为主。结论生物诱导法首先影响到的木质部外层(B部位)已含有丰富的沉香特征性成分,而后期影响到的木质部内层(Z部分)鲜见沉香特征性成分,说明该法是从外及内逐步影响白木香木质部,所形成的沉香质量也有显著差异。Objective To evaluate the quality of the agarwood from different parts which is stimulated by biological induction method. Method After stimulation for 6 months,the volatile components of agarwood were extracted by ether. A GC-MS method was performed to analyze the constituents of the volatile extract. Result A total of 159 constituents were identified from the agarwood,including 86 components from the black part(part B)located in the outside area of xylem and 73 from the brown part(part Z)located in the inside area of xylem. The constituents of part B were dominated by chromone, aromatic, and sesquiterpenoids, which were common in agarwood, while constituents of part Z were characterized by linear paraffin. Conclusion The biological induction method in inducing agarwood is probably through affecting the outside area of xylem(Part B)first,and then affecting the inside area of xylem(Part Z)consequently,the quality of agarwood varying in different parts.
