摘　　要：为了全面、深入衡量电网企业信息化投入产出率,精确评估信息化发展水平和阶段,文章基于当前国家电网公司和南方电网公司信息化建设现状,首先介绍了信息化成效评估体系总体框架的制定原则,分析了评估内容,提出了评估框架的制定方案,然后提出了基于评估框架的分析方法。最后评估分析了框架应用成效。企业可以结合文章提出的整体评估框架,制定出符合自身实际情况的评价体系,有效指导企业信息化建设。In order to comprehensively and thoroughly evaluate the input output rate of grid enterprise information, evaluate the development level and stage of information development, considering the present situation of information construction of SGCC and SCG, this paper firstly introduces the principle of the general framework of the information effect evaluation system, analyzes the contents of the evaluation, and sets up the evaluation framework. Then, the analysis method based on the evaluation framework is proposed, and the application effect is finally evaluated. Enterprises can combine the proposed framework to develop an evaluation system in line with its actual situation, which can effectively guide the construction of enterprise information.
