摘  要:近年来,国家不断完善资助政策,加大对家庭经济困难大学生的资助力度,资助工作虽取得很大成效,但是高校在资助文化建设方面仍然存在问题,贫困大学生素质发展障碍尚未引起足够重视。本文在对当前资助工作问题进行分析的基础上,从资助理念建设、资助文化载体建设和资助文化队伍建设三个主要方面入手,对高校资助文化建设进行探讨。In recent years, China constantly perfects the subsidy policy, more financial support would be given to those college students who came from families with financial hardship. Though the government's effort in subsiding students achieved a great success, colleges and universities are still facing difficulties in financing cultural construction. The obstacle ahead the quality development of the needy students deserves more attention. Based on the analysis of the problems of the current subsidy ef- forts, this article researches in construction of financial culture from the establishment of guiding principles, cultural carriers and cultural teams.
