摘　　要：研究生教育质量高是研究生教育可持续发展的基础,而开展教育质量评估是研究生教育面临的首要任务。据此,通过构建Rubin因果模型克服评估中的选择偏差问题,既从教育质量结果角度出发,构建因变量指标体系,包括学术发展空间和就业岗位质量。又从教育质量影响因素角度出发,构建自变量指标体系,包括社会环境、学校层面和研究生自身等方面教育质量评估指标体系,并提出改进教育质量评估的建议。Postgraduate education quality is the foundation of sustainable development of postgradu- ate education, so education quality assessment is a priority for postgraduate education.First, by building the Rubin causal model to overcome the problem of selection bias in assessment, then from two ways to construct evaluation index system.First, from the perspective of educational quality results, building dependent variable index system, including the academic development and quality jobs. Second, from the factors affecting the quality of education to bulid independent variable index system,including the social environment, school and themselves.Last proposing recommendations for improving the education qual- ity assessment.
