摘 要:论述了心肺复苏过程的质量监测与反馈对于提高抢救成功率的重要性,介绍了目前监测心肺复苏质量的常用手段和参数,提出了现有监测手段存在的一些问题,指出用胸阻抗(transthoracic impedance,TTI)信号监测心肺复苏(cardiopulmonary resuscitation,CPR)质量并实施反馈是极具应用前景的方法,综述了TTI信号在心肺复苏质量监测中的新进展,并指出开展基于个体差异的按压深度与TTI变化值的关系研究具有重要意义。The importance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) quality monitoring and feedback to improve the ratio of aliveness was analyzed, and the current means and relevant parameters in CPR quality monitoring were introduced. Some problems existed in the current means were proposed. It's pointed out that CPR quality monitoring and feedback by TTI signal was a promising implementation. The development of using TTI signal in CPR quality monitoring was reviewed, and it's indicated that it was of great significance to carry out the research on the relationship of TTI changes and compression depth based on the individual differences.
