西方休闲体育行为理论研究进展评析

摘　　要：本文在查阅文献的基础之上,对西方学界具有代表性的生命历程/周期理论、自我效能感理论、自我决断理论、跨理论模型、休闲制约因素理论、计划行为理论、休闲专门化理论和严肃休闲理论等8种休闲体育行为理论进行了述评,归纳了它们的特点、值得借鉴之处和局限性。Based on extensiveconsultation of the relevant literature, the article reviews the 8 representative theories of leisure sport behavior, i.e.,the theories of Life-course/Life-cycle, Self-efficacy, Self-determination,Trans-theoretical Model,Leisure Constraints,Planned Behavior,Recreation Specialization and Serious Leisure. It summarizes their characteristics, limitation and some theoretical points worthy of reference.
