摘  要:为了解决地面测控中心采用纸质方式会签测控信息工作量大、效率低、多航天器支持能力差的问题,论述了测控信息会签系统的设计方法、实施效果。通过分析载人航天测控信息会签的需求和特点,采用工作流技术对测控数据处理过程进行阶段划分和抽象建模,设计用户、岗位和任务的多对多映射方式,规划层次化的会签流程模板,实施会签流程多层次复用和动态组装,构建基于B/S(Browser/Server,浏览器/服务器)模式跨平台的系统架构,以数据库实时同步为基础,建立对称的实时热备工作模式,设计多任务通用的数据库结构,实现了测控信息的在线会签。实际应用表明,基于工作流技术的在线会签系统大幅缩短了测控数据处理周期,提高了航天器上行控制效率,有较高的推广价值。This paper presents a design method and its implementation effect for an auxiliary support countersign system of TT&C (tracking, telemetry and command) information to reduce the workload of space control centers and the increase its efficiency and enhance its multi-spacecraft support capability. Following analysis of the requirements and characteristics of manned spaceflight, workflow technology is used to categorize and abstract the processing flow of TT&C data for modeling. A multi-to-multi relationship mapping is designed for users, posts and tasks. Hierarchical countersign process templates are made for implementation of reuse and dynamic assembling of countersign procedures. A B/S (Browser/Server) -based cross-platform system architecture is built. An activestandby real-time system is realized for online countersign with a multitask-support universal database. Applications of the system in real missions show that the workflow-based online countersign system significantly shortens TT&C data processing cycles and increases the uplink control efficiency for spacecraft.
