非生殖季节不同发育阶段的雄性克氏原螯虾的性选择与认知

摘　　要：实验分别选用(5±1)g、(10±1)g,、(15±1)g规格的克氏原螯虾,在"Y"型迷宫的两端分别放入相同规格的雌虾和雄虾,作为信息源进行选择实验,结果表明:(5±1)g的雄性克氏原螫虾无性认知,(10±1)g的雄性克氏原螯虾有初步的性认知、(15±1)g的雄性克氏原螯虾性认知成熟。实验结果可以推导:在非生殖季节,成熟的雄性克氏原螯虾的攻击性比较强,不适宜高密度饲养。To study the influence of Y-shaped maze on male Procambarus clarkiiJs sexual selection condition at different developmental stage, we have done a research by using three groups of male Procambarus clarkii whose weights are （5±1）g, （ 10±1 ）g and （ 15±1 ）g as object and do further study on its sexual selection condition through wrestling. The result shows that male Procambarus clarkii with weight of （5±1）g have no sexual recognition,male Procambarus clarkii with weight of （10±1）g have elementary sexual recognition and male Procambarus clarkii with weight of （15±1）g have mature sexual recognition. The result also infers that, mature male Procambarus clarkii have stronger aggressivity in non-production season so it＇s not suitable to raising clarkia in high density.
