VDLP方案与VDCLP方案治疗急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的临床效果及安全性比较

摘　　要：目的分析比较VDLP与VDCLP方案对急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的治疗效果及安全性。方法回顾性分析本院2010年4月至2014年4月收治的96例急性淋巴细胞白血病患儿的临床资料,其中,52例采用VDLP方案治疗(观察组),44例采用VDCLP方案治疗(对照组),比较两组患儿的治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿治疗有效率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿脱发和黏膜炎的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),但两组患儿脏器毒性反应和胃肠道反应发生率比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论 VDLP方案对急性淋巴细胞白血病的疗效略低于VDCLP方案,但采取VDLP方案治疗的患儿脱发及黏膜炎发生率较VDCLP方案低,可根据临床实际情况优先考虑VDLP方案。Objective To study and compare the therapeutic effect of VDLP and VDCLP in the treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia children and the safety of the two chemotherapy regimen. Method The clinical data of 96 children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia were retrospectively analyzed in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2010. 52 children were treated with VDLP （observation group）, and 44 children were treated with VDCLP （control group）. The treatment effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Result The therapeutic effect of observation group was lower than control group （P ~ 0.05）, the incidence of alopecia and mucous membrane inflammation of observation group were significantly lower than control group （P ~ 0.05）, there was no significant difference in the incidence of visceral toxic reaction and gastrointestinal reaction between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of VDLP chemotherapy regimenon acute lymphoblastic leukemia is slightly lower than VDCLP chemotherapy regimen, the incidence of alopecia and mucous membrane inflammation in patients treated with VDLP chemotherapy regimen is lower than that of VDCLP chemotherapy regimen, according to the clinical practice, .the VDLP chemotherapy regimen can he given priority.
