SonicFill超声树脂充填系统修复磨牙龋损的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察SonicFill超声大块树脂充填系统在恒磨牙龋损微创修复中的临床应用效果。方法选取93例患者的205颗龋损的磨牙,随机分为三组。A组:SonicFill超声树脂充填系统充填;B组:P60树脂充填;C组:银汞合金充填。术后1年及2年对患者进行回访,检查充填物和牙体牙髓情况、患者满意度以及操作时间。结果 A组患者充填1年和2年后成功率分别为94.55%和82.98%,与B、C组比较无显著差异(P>0.05)。A组患者平均操作时间为20分钟,患者满意度为94.12%,与B、C组比较差异均具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 SonicFill超声树脂充填系统在恒磨牙龋损微创修复中可以取得良好效果,患者易于接受,对牙体牙髓组织损伤小,患者满意度高,值得推广。Objective To observe the clinical evaluation of SonicFill resin ultrasonic filling system in the minimal invasive treatment of molar caries. Method 93 molars caries of 205 patients were randomly divided into three groups. Group A patients were filled with SonicFill ultrasonic filling system, group B patients were filled with P60 resin and group C patients were filled with silver amalgam. Patients were followed up after 1 and 2 years to check the situation of the filling and dental pulp, patient satisfaction and operation time. Result 1 and 2 years after treatment, the success rate of group A was 94.55% and 82.98% respectively, there was no significant difference compared with group B and group C （P 〉 0.05）. The average time of the operation in group A was 20 minutes, the patient satisfaction rate was 94.12%, there was significant difference compared with group B and group C （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion SonicFill resin ultrasonic filling system can obtain better effect in the treatment of molar caries, patients are easy to accept, the dental pulp tissue damage is small, the satisfaction is high, clinical treatment effect is satisfactory, it is worth clinical promotion.
