摘  要:目的探讨MCM5和E2F-1在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其与病理分级的关系。方法选取手术切除的脑胶质瘤组织43例(其中高分化20例,低分化23例)及正常脑组织10例,应用免疫组织化学SP法检测各组织中MCM5和E2F-1的表达,并分析其表达情况。结果 MCM5和E2F-1在正常脑组织中均呈阴性表达;MCM5在胶质瘤高分化组中阳性表达率为55.0%,在低分化组中阳性表达率为86.9%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);E2F-1在胶质瘤高分化组中阳性表达率为50.0%,在低分化组中阳性表达率为82.6%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MCM5和E2F-1在胶质瘤组织中的表达呈正相关(rs=0.247,P<0.05)。结论 MCM5和E2F-1在胶质瘤中呈阳性表达,且分化程度越低表达越强,说明二者参与了胶质瘤的发生、发展及侵袭过程;可作为判断胶质瘤恶性程度的一种生物学标志物。To explore the expression of MCM5 and E2F-1 in human glioma and to evaluate relations between MCM5,E2F-1 and pathological grades of glioma. 【Methods】Immunohistochemistry SP method was applied to detect the expressions of MCM5 and E2F-1 genes in tissures from 34 cases of glioma and 10 normal controls. The correlation between expressions MCM5, E2F-1 and clinicopathological grades of glioma was analysed. 【Results】There was negative expression of MCM5 and E2F-1 genes in human brains. The positive expression rate of MCM5 in well differentiated group of glioma was 55%, while in poorly differentiated group it was 86.9%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. The positive rates of E2F-1 in well and poorly differentiated groups were 50% and 82.6%, denoted a siginificant difference. The correlation between MCM5 and E2F-1 expression in tissures of glioma was highly siginificant positive. 【Conclusion】Overexpression of MCM5 and E2F-1 corelates with incidence, development and invasion of glioma. Detecting expression of MCM5 and E2F-1 is a siginificant biological marker to make criteria for glioma malignant grades.
