摘  要:培训和培养是教师专业化发展过程中相互联系可以结合的两个环节。"国培计划"提供了乡村教师培训培养融合的契机。现已实施的"一对一置换顶岗实习"、"卓越教师培养计划"、"初中起点六年制免费师范生定向培养"等创新性人才培养试点项目表明,建立UGS协同参与机制、双导师制、顶岗置换机制、课例研究机制,可以实现乡村教师培训培养的理念融合、机构融合、师资融合、课程融合、平台融合。Training and cultivation are two links that can be interconnected in the process of teachers' professional development.The state-level-training program has provided an opportunity for the integration of rural teachers' training and cultivation.The implemented programs of "one-on-one replacement internship","excellent teachers training plan","junior high school starting six years free directed training"and so on showed that the establishment of the mechanism of UGS collaborative participation,double tutor,replacement,class cases research can achieved the integration of concept,institution,teachers,courses and platform of the rural teachers' training and cultivation.
