摘　　要：以中美两国司法鉴定程序理论与司法实践之肤纹鉴定的相关差异为视野,通过对中美手印鉴定的发展与现状的分别描述,深入探讨两国手纹鉴定领域中有关不同鉴定阶段所体现的本质属性。在中国手印鉴定理论与现实的背景下结合多维度的思考模式,采用阶段性剖析与分层次比较的方法,发现美国ACE-V程序的合理性规制与我国同一认定程序当中的间接性疏漏。从而进一步提出对我国司法鉴定现状改观的建设性意见,以促使我国司法鉴定领域中同一认定程序和手纹鉴定意见表述达到标准化与国际化要求。In view of the difference of forensic handprint identification in theory and practice between China and America, the paper explored the essential attributes of different stages in the field of handprint identification through describing the development and current situation of handprint identification in the two countries. With multi-dimensional thinking, this paper used the method of stage analysis and hierarchical comparison to indicate the proper rule of American ACE-V program and the indirect negligence of established identification program in China. Thus, a constructive suggestion was proposed to improve the handprint identification in China from the viewpoint of standardization and globalization.
