摘  要:[目的]探讨不同饲料对黄粉虫成虫产卵量的影响。[方法]用全麸皮(对照组)、85%麸皮+15%黄豆粉(试验Ⅰ组)、98%麸皮+2%蜂蜜(试验Ⅱ组)饲喂黄粉虫成虫,研究不同饲料对黄粉虫成虫产卵量的影响。[结果]试验Ⅰ组黄粉虫成虫从羽化到产卵历时最短,仅需6 d。试验Ⅰ组产卵数最高,日均产卵数为6.59粒/只,试验Ⅱ组产卵数次之,而对照组日均产卵数最低,仅为3.02粒。试验Ⅱ组成虫死亡率最高,达86.67%;试验Ⅰ组成虫死亡率最低,只有67.33%。试验Ⅰ组成虫死亡率显著低于试验Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。[结论]黄粉虫成虫产卵期在饲料中添加黄豆粉可以促使黄粉虫成虫提前产卵,提高产卵数,延长成虫寿命,对提高黄粉虫繁殖力具有一定的实践意义。[ Objective ] To discuss the effects of different feed on the egg-laying amount of Tenebrio molitor imago. [ Method ] T. molitor imago were fed with wheat bran (in control group), 85% wheat bran + 15% soybean powder (in test group I) and 98% wheat bran + 2% honey (in test group II). The effects of different feed on the egg-laying amount of T. molitor imago were studied. [ Result] The duration from emergence to oviposition of T. molitor imago in test group I was the shortest (only 6 days). The number of laying eggs in test group I was the highest and its number of daily laying eggs was 6, 59. The number of laying eggs in test group 11 was the second. The number of daily laying eggs in control group was only 3.02. The death rate of imago in test group II was the highest, being 86.67%. The death rate of imago in test group | was the lowest (67.33%). The death rate of imago in test group I was significantly lower than that in test group lI( P 〈 0.05 ). [ Conclusion] Supplementing soybean powder in the feed in the spawning period of T, molitor imago can.promote early oviposition of T. molitor imago, increase the number of laying eggs and prolong the lifespan of T. rnolitor imago. The research results have a practical significance for improving the fecundity of T. moli- tor imago.
