摘　　要：目的：分析我院2014-01~2014-06门诊处方点评结果，促进合理用药。方法：随机抽查我院门诊2014-01~2014-06处方3000张，点评抽查门诊处方并对各项指标进行分析讨论。结果：门诊处方书写比较规范，不合格处方比例为3.0%，主要问题为用法用量不合理、适应症不适宜及溶媒选择不合理等。结论：通过开展处方点评工作与干预，门诊处方合格率提高很多，但需要持续改进。Objective：To investigate the quality of the outpatient prescriptions in the hospital,in order to promote rational drug use and ensure the safety of patients.Methods：3000 outpatient prescriptions of the hospital were randomly selected from January 2014 to June 2014,and the information of prescription estimation was statistically summarized and analyzed. Results：The outpatient prescriptions were adaptive to relevant writing standards.The ratio of defective prescriptions was 3.0%,mainly in usage and dosage of drugs,forms of inappropriate indication and menstruum.Conclusion：The drug use is basically reasonable through implementation of prescription evaluations and interventions,but it still needs to be improved.
