中医四诊客观化研究在冠心病诊断中的应用

摘　　要：冠心病的高发病率、高致残率、高死亡率和极高的医疗负担,已经成为我国面临的重大公共卫生问题。基于对中医四诊信息化采集、分析和融合方法的前期研究工作,对冠心病四诊信息进行提取和分析,建立和分析了冠心病中医病证模型。中医诊断客观化检测有望为冠心病预警、健康评估、临床疗效、中药新药评审的临床试验提供评价指标。The high morbidity,disability rate,mortality and medical burden of coronary heart disease have become a major public health problem in our country.Based on the prophase research work of collection,analysis,and fusion about informatization of four diagnostic of Chinese medicine,the researchers extracted and analyzed four diagnostic information about coronary heart disease to build and analyze disease model of Chinese medicine about coronary heart disease.Objective testing about diagnostics of Chinese medicine is expected to provide evaluation index for early warning,health assessment,clinical curative effect and clinical trials of evaluation for Chinese medical new medicine of coronary heart disease.
