摘　　要：采用问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理统计法对泰安市城区的老年人休闲体育现状进行研究,以期通过了解老年人休闲体育的现状,提出相应对策,进而提高老年人的生活质量,促进老年人更加积极的参与休闲体育。This paper mainly adopts questionnaire investigation, expert interview and mathematical statistics on the current situation of the senior＇ s leisure sports in Tai＇ an urban area, so as to know the present situation of leisure sports well, propose corresponding countermeasures according to the status quo, improve the life quality of the elderly, and promote them to participate in leisure sports more actively.
