中西药联合应用研究现状分析

摘　　要：中西药联用在临床非常普遍,联用时往往会产生药物相互作用,影响治疗结局,联用不当还可能增加药品不良反应的发生。根据相关文献,分别从药物相互作用机制的体内外研究、临床病例研究和不良反应监测等方面对中西药联用研究现状进行阐述和分析,旨在为临床合理选择中西药联用和开展中西药联用药物警戒提供参考。Traditional Chinese Medicine combined with western medicine had been widely used in clinical, and could cause herb- drug interaction,which may influence treatment outcome. And if the combined application was in an improper way, it may even increase the incidence of adverse reactions. Based on the relevant literature, respectively, the article was to review and analyze the researches of herb- drug interaction mechanism in vivo and vitro, clinical case studies and monitoring of adverse reactions associated with combined medication. Aimed to provide the reference for clinical rational selection and conduct pharmacovigilance of herbs combined with conventional drugs.
