Objective To study the expressions and clinical significance of p53, CerbB-2, estrogen receptor(ER), progestrone receptor(PR) and Ki67 in breast invasive lobular carcinoma (ILC). Methods The expressions of p53, CerbB-2, ER, PR and Ki67 in breast ILC were detected by immunohistoehemistry. Results The positive rates of p53, CerbB-2, ER, PR and Ki67 in breast ILC of 27 patients were 33.3% ,33.3% ,77.8% ,59.3% and 70.4%,respectively. The positive rate of p53 in tumor size≥3 cm group was higher than that in tumor size≥3 cm group(P〈0. 05). The positive rates of p53,PR and Ki67 were higher in the patients with lymph node metastasis than in those without (P〈0. 05). The positive rates of p53, CerbPr2, ER, PR, Ki67 were not significantly associated with age, nipple invasion and menstruation status (P〉0. 05 ). Conclusion Combined detection of the expressions of p53, CerhB-2, ER, PR and Ki67 is helpful to determine the biological behavior of breast ILC, which is of important significance in guiding the treatment and predicting the prognosis.
