摘  要:试验建立了可同时测定鸡蛋中金刚烷胺、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、达氟沙星和沙拉沙星残留量的高效液相-串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS)。样品经1%甲酸乙腈提取、氮吹浓缩、复溶、正己烷脱脂净化等步骤处理后,用HPLC-MS/MS检测。结果表明:5种药物在1~50μg/L浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,空白样品同时添加5种药物的回收率均在76.6%~102.1%之间;定量限为1μg/kg,检出限为0.5μg/kg。该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏、高效。A method of high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) for simultaneous determination of amantadine, ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin, danofloxacin, sarafloxacin in eggs was developed. The samples were extracted by 1% formic acid in acetonitrile,then the extract was condensed under nitrogen,dissolved in 50% acetonitrile aqueous solution (v/v),the samples were analyzed by HPLC-MS/MS after purified using n-hexane for defatting. The results showed that five compounds had good linearity at a concentration range of 1 to 50 μg/L.The average recoveries of five drugs were between 76.6% to 102.1%. The limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 1 μg/kg and the limits of detection (LOD) was 0.5 μg/kg. This method was simple,fast,sensitive and efficient.
