藏药十五味龙胆花丸的体外抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的：观察藏药十五味龙胆花丸的体外抑菌活性，为临床用药提供实验依据。方法：采用琼脂平板打孔法研究十五味龙胆花丸对3种标准菌株（金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC25923、大肠杆菌ATCC25922、沙门菌CMCC50319）及12株临床菌株的抑菌作用，并检测小鼠含药血清对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌作用。结果：十五味龙胆花丸对金黄色葡萄球菌有明显的体外抑菌作用，但对革兰阴性菌抑菌作用较弱。对金黄色葡萄球菌的最小抑菌浓度介于6．25～12．5mg／ml。结论：十五味龙胆花丸对耐药性金黄色葡萄球菌有一定的体外抑菌作用。Objective To investigate the antibacterial activity of Tibetan medicine Shiwuweilongdanhua pills in vitro and provide theoretical basis for clinical application. Methods M - H agar - punching method was adopted to research the antibacterial activity of Shiwuweilongdauhua pills on three standard strains （Staphylococcus aureus ATCC25923, Escherichia coli ATCC25922, Salmonella CMCC50319） and 12 clinical isolates; and the antibacterial effect of mice serum on Staphylococcus aureus was detected. Result Shiwuweilongdanhua pills had obvious antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus in vitro, but weak inhibition on Gram -negative bacteria. The minimal inhibitory concentrations to Staphylococcus aureus were between 6.25mg,/ml and 12. 5mg/ml. Conclusion Shiwuweilongdanhua pills had significant antimicrobial effect on muhidrug- resistant Staphylococcus aureus in vitro, which indicated potential prospects in clinical application.
